Technical Sales Representative – Poultry | Poland

To strengthen our presence in Poland, we are looking for an experienced Sales Representative Poultry. In this independent and varied role, you are the key link between Kanters and our customers. You build and maintain long-term relationships with poultry farmers, integrators, veterinarians, and distributors. At the same time, you ensure our products are applied correctly and effectively on farm.
In addition, you provide technical advice and practical support, helping customers achieve healthier animals and better production results. You actively identify new business opportunities and contribute to sustainable sales growth. Moreover, you represent Kanters at industry events, meetings, and trade fairs across Poland. You work closely with the international team and report directly to the Regional Manager.
We are looking for a native Polish speaker, fluent in English, and based in Poland. You have at least three years of commercial experience and a strong network within the poultry sector. A background in animal science, veterinary medicine, or agribusiness is an advantage. You are sales-driven, hands-on, eager to learn, and willing to travel within Poland.
