Aujourd\u2019hui, les acides organiques sont disponibles dans l\u2019industrie de l\u2019alimentation pour animaux sous une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de formes et de compositions. En plus de la conservation de l\u2019aliment, le maintien de la sant\u00e9 intestinale est devenu un objectif important. Un facteur important est le pH du contenu du tractus intestinal. Les bact\u00e9ries diff\u00e8rent dans leur tol\u00e9rance \u00e0 un pH bas. Par exemple, Salmonella tol\u00e8re moins l\u2019acidit\u00e9 que les esp\u00e8ces de Lactobacillus. Cela a un effet direct sur leur comportement dans le tractus gastro-intestinal. Les acides forts c\u00e8dent \u00ab volontiers \u00bb leur mol\u00e9cule H+, acidifiant ainsi leur environnement. Cela se produit en partie dans l\u2019eau \u00e0 laquelle ils sont ajout\u00e9s et en partie dans l\u2019estomac. Les acides faibles, en revanche, retiennent une partie de leurs mol\u00e9cules H+ et peuvent donc encore acidifier activement dans la premi\u00e8re partie de l\u2019intestin gr\u00eale. Un acide organique sous forme de compos\u00e9 vise \u00e0 avoir un effet dans l\u2019eau, l\u2019estomac et l\u2019intestin.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-53bc628 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"53bc628\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Acides tamponn\u00e9s et non tamponn\u00e9s\n<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-279a165 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"279a165\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Il existe \u00e9galement une diff\u00e9rence entre les acides organiques tamponn\u00e9s et les acides organiques non tamponn\u00e9s. Les acides organiques non tamponn\u00e9s ont tendance \u00e0 se dissocier plus fortement que les acides tamponn\u00e9s. C\u2019est peut-\u00eatre une explication au fait que, bien que la plupart des fabricants d\u2019acides donnent une dose recommand\u00e9e correspondant \u00e0 un pH = 3,5 \u00e0 4, d\u2019autres fabricants conseillent de ne pas laisser le pH descendre en dessous de 5.
