Im Rahmen dieser Entwicklung wurde Hoofmix verbessert, so dass wir nun mehr Tiere mit einer niedrigeren Dosierung behandeln k\u00f6nnen und gleichzeitig das gleiche Ergebnis erzielen. Dies ist m\u00f6glich, weil wir mit der neuen Formulierung einen niedrigeren Ziel-pH-Wert erreichen k\u00f6nnen, was die antibakterielle Wirksamkeit verbessert.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8fc2236 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8fc2236\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Exolium hoofmix<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-93f2323 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"93f2323\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Um die Wirksamkeit des erneuerten Hoofmix zu testen, f\u00fchrte Kanters (zusammen mit HAS Den Bosch) einen Praxistest in einem Milchviehbetrieb mit 250 Milchk\u00fchen durch. W\u00e4hrend dieses Tests wurden verschiedene Konzentrationen und Behandlungen getestet, wobei insbesondere der pH-Gradient des Badewassers wichtig war. (Abbildung 1). Allerdings ist diese Methode auch arbeitsaufw\u00e4ndiger, so dass sie nicht von allen Betrieben bevorzugt werden wird. <\/p>\n<p>Aus den Ergebnissen k\u00f6nnen wir jedoch schlie\u00dfen, dass der pH-Wert beim Baden deutlich unter 4 bleibt, mit einem H\u00f6chstwert von 3,36, so dass ein Absp\u00fclen der Klauen nicht erforderlich ist.<\/p>\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich zur pH-Entwicklung wurde die Gesamtkeimzahl des Klauenbadwassers kartiert und das Verhalten der K\u00fche mittels eines Video-Screenings untersucht.
