Im Rahmen dieser Entwicklung wurde Hoofmix verbessert, sodass wir nun mehr Tiere mit einer niedrigeren Dosierung behandeln und gleichzeitig das gleiche Ergebnis erzielen k\u00f6nnen. Dies ist m\u00f6glich, weil wir mit der neuen Formulierung einen niedrigeren Ziel-pH-Wert erreichen k\u00f6nnen, was die antibakterielle Wirksamkeit verbessert.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8fc2236 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8fc2236\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Exolium hoofmix<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-93f2323 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"93f2323\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Um die Wirksamkeit des erneuerten Hoofmix zu testen, f\u00fchrte Kanters (zusammen mit HAS Den Bosch) einen praxisnahen Test auf einem Milchviehbetrieb mit 250 Milchk\u00fchen durch. Bei diesem Test wurden verschiedene Konzentrationen und Behandlungen getestet, bei denen insbesondere der pH-Gradient des Badewassers wichtig war. (Abbildung 1). Diese Methode ist jedoch auch arbeitsintensiver, sodass sie nicht von allen Betrieben bevorzugt wird.<\/p><p>Auf Grundlage der Ergebnisse k\u00f6nnen wir jedoch schlie\u00dfen, dass beim alleinigen Baden der pH-Wert gut unter 4 bleibt, mit einem Maximalwert von 3,36, sodass das Sp\u00fclen der Klauen nicht erforderlich ist.<\/p><p>Zus\u00e4tzlich zur pH-Entwicklung wurde die gesamte bakterielle Anzahl des Klauenbadwassers ermittelt und das Verhalten der K\u00fche mithilfe einer Videoscreening-Analyse untersucht.
